One of their beers includes “The Muis with Centennial” is labeled as a tropical guava and papaya meld with citrus fruit leaving you with a sweet & tart finish. The ABV is 6.75%.
At first pour the beer has a hazed golden color with a thin white head. The smell was a sweet fruity smell (more like grapefruit and oranges).
On the first taste it’s a nice malt with enough hops to taste to citrus flavors. It’s very refreshing and very flavorful.
Rate the beer, I’d give it a 8/10. A great Belgian Blonde Ale, and a great addition to Phantom Carriage’s list of beers. The Beer is currently on tap right now.
