Top 5 Anime I’m watching this Winter 2016 season

Every season there are a lot of anime to watch. Honestly, you can’t judge an anime based on it’s cover. This season I’m feeling more on the emotional side. I’m more interested in the drama and the mix of character emotions. I’ll let you know right now “One-punch man” is not on my list (It’s not bad, it’s just a separate entity all together.). Here’s a list of Top 5 Anime I’m watching this 2016 winter season.

5. Ojisan and marshmallow

This anime is perfect for those in need of some fun comedy after watching an intense episode of “Erased”. Ojisan and marshmallow follow the lives of Hige( a web developer who is deeply in love with marshmallows) and Wakabayashi ( a woman who seems to be in love in the Hige, and will do anything to be around him). If you want to watch short episodes of comedy style relationships, then check out Ojisan and Marshmallow.

4. Mobile suit gundam Iron blood orphans

With a new government set in motion. Iron blood orphans adds to the gundam series a brand new conflict that will keep its fans glued to the simulcast. Big robots with fast firing guns attached, is sure to add some explosive action to your anime season. The story follows mikazuki who is part of the private security team on Mars. If you’re a fan of mecha type anime, or new to the genre, this is a great time to start watching Gundam.

3. Lupin the III (part 4)

This anime is far from predicable. It follows a master thief by the name of Arsene Lupin III. He is able to pull off some of the craziest heist ever, and get away! This anime resides in Italy, and features great animation quality. This anime is for those who enjoy comedy, action, and a even a little mystery. The beautiful artwork is complimented by a very jazzy soundtrack(that’s really awesome). Even if your not a fan of the older series, you have got to check Lupin the III part 4 out!

In BBK/BRNK, the anime follows Azuma Kazuki. He goes to earth 10 years after living on a distant world. Azuma learns more about living weapons known as a Bubuki. Learning about these weapons, Azuma becomes a Bubuki wielder himself and sets out on a journey. This anime so far has started with great fight scenes and battle animations. I feel that BBK/BRNK should be attraction more attention than it currently has right now. The story as a long promise to the viewers. There’s a lot to learn about this world and the way they interacted with their “Bubuki”. If you like to learn about fantasy worlds, and great fight animations, check out BBK/BRNK

1. Erased

Erased is a great anime, especially for the mystery fans. The anime follows a 29-year old otaku named Satoru Fujinuma.  He wants to make a name for himself as a manga writer. He finds himself dealing with real-life situations in a very relatable way. He also has this ability to uncontrollability reverse time, which he uses to erase unforeseen accidents. What’s in store for Satoru when a life-changing event causes him to attempt to prevent a big disappearance case from when he was a child? Since the first episode I was hooked. I find myself waiting every Thursday for the new episode to air on “Crunchyroll”.
