Top 5 anime of Spring 2016

Every anime season I get really excited. You never know what kind of anime is around the corner and what anime will continue on into the next season. Well unless you check Anime Season Charts, and that something I do with in the last two months or weeks. So, sit back or join me and these monkeys in a hot spring as we go over my top 5 can’t wait for anime.

I. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney

Phoenix WrightThis might be the first and last time I won’t be putting a summary for an anime. Reason being is by this point in your life you must of heard about Phoenix Wright and if you haven’t then leave this page open, get in your car, and drive yourself to the closest game store and buy a Phoenix Wright game. Besides RPGs I really enjoy puzzle games, something that could kind of be seen by some of the anime I watch. The only thing I can say without spoiling the game or anime is get ready for a lot of thinking, thinking some more, and thinking it all over again.

II. Netoge no Yome wa Onnanoko ja Nai to Omotta?

Netoge no Yome wa Onnanoko ja Nai to OmottaThis anime is centered around Hideki Nishinura, who confessed his feelings towards a girl he met on an online game, who turns out to be a boy. From that point forward he swears he’ll never trust a “girl” online ever again. But one day a girl named Ako Tamaki confesses her feelings for him. Ako is a loner girl who has trouble communicating with people and has a problem with telling the difference between the online world and reality. Hideki along with his guild decide to “correct” her.

Netoge no Yome wa Onnanoko ja Nai to Omotta, is a manga I enjoy reading whenever a new chapter comes out. It has a lot of funny comments, but I also have a feeling that there is a lot of fan service. Over all I think this may be a series I might be able to enjoy.

III. Sansha Sanyou

Sansha SanyouThis comedy manga follows the lives of three different high school students. Futaba Odagiri, is an energetic girl who has a love for eating food. Teru Hayama, is an angelic but demonic class president. And Youko Nishikawa, is a rich girl gone poor after her father’s company went bankrupt.

I couldn’t find much information about this anime. Yeah, it has a manga, but I haven’t had the time to read it. That’s why this summary is so short. If anything I have a feeling this is a slice-of-life anime which I more then welcome to be played on my TV for the next few months.

IV. Mayoiga

Mayoiga30 young boys and girls come together on a shady bus tour. Their destination is an elusive, possibly nonexistent village called Nanakimura. Nanakimura is a Utopian town, free from the world’s obstacles… it’s rumored.

This is another anime i couldn’t find much information about. I’m sure I could, but I have a time limit and I’ll explain why here soon. Other than that this seems like it might be one of those anime that’ll have the kids killing off one another over time, but who knows.

V. Koutetsujou no Kabaneri

Koutetsujou no KabaneriA world in the middle of an Industrial revolution is suddenly attacked by a monster that can’t be defeated unless its heart is pierced. Which is covered by a layer of iron. Once the monster bites a human they become an aggressive undead creature known as Kabane. Hinomoto is an island located in the far east, where people have built stations to shelter them from the creatures.

There was a really long summary for this anime. I have a good idea about what its about, but yet again time constraints  and I’m feeling pretty lazy at this point. :3

Now to answer the time constraints I was talking about. See here’s the thing, at the moment I have no Internet at home and really only have access to a computer with internet at my job working as a sales rep. at a small cellphone company. I work for 6 hours or less a few days, which isn’t enough time to type out an article or two when you have customers coming into your work place. Maybe I’ll write an article about my daily life working as a sales rep., but besides that I had surgery done two weeks ago so going to work and typing things out has been something I can’t do. I have also been thinking and going back and forth about quiting my current job and becoming a full time writer for EXP, but at this point only time can tell. My internet problem should be fixed in the up coming days so I should be able to post a few things I’ve saved. Also I want to thank my fellow writers here at EXP Grind for understanding me being M.I.A for a few days. They might not see this part or read it, but even so its still a good thing to say, “Thank you.”

We are really glad to have you on board, slow and steady wins the race. Trust me we would all like to quit our day jobs and become full time writers/streamers/content providers for the EXP, well at least I would. If we keep pushing even just a little, I can see this happening.
